v.01
As a homage to inbflat… Play these together, some or all, start them at any time, in any order.
v.01 was an interactive audio and video installation at QUAD Gallery in Derby. Via a sculptural control panel visitors were invited to create new compositions by triggering and manipulating videos and audio.
The video below should give you an idea how the videos were composited on top of each other and what the control panel and some of the other elements that made up the main exhibit looked like.
Below are a number of videos that were used in the exhibition along with the corresponding audio tracks, which when played together should give you an idea of how they worked to form continually changing environments and structures, both audibly and visually. I recommend adjusting the volume levels of each clip and occasionally selecting the full-screen icon to see the animations in full detail.
